What’s New with AJNR?

Mauricio Castillo

Twice a year, we prepare a newsletter for AJNR’s Editorial Board members, updating them on the latest changes to our publication. Because significant improvements are scheduled to occur on January 11th, I decided to employ our News Digest to inform our general readership of some exciting updates to expect in this new year. After just a few months, the Digest is receiving about 200 views per day, meaning that each month it already reaches a much wider audience than just AJNR subscribers and we’d like to share our plans … more »

Web Site Update to Debut Next Week

When redesigning the homepage on our Web site, one aspect we strived to maintain was its functionality. Our site has always been less cluttered and easier to navigate than that of other journals and we believe the new design retains these benefits. The new homepage and re-designed Editorial Board and Podcast pages will be immediately available with the posting of the January issue of AJNR next week and we are planning to refine the look of our Fellows’ Portal and other interior pages in the coming months.

Reviewers

2012 Distinguished Manuscript Reviewers Recognized

Every year we recognize our best manuscript reviewers according the number of articles they evaluated and the scores given to those evaluations by the Senior Editors. These individuals are not part of our Editorial Board and without their efforts, the quality of AJNR would not be what it is. This honor is accompanied by a certificate and mention on our Web site. We take this opportunity to thank these individuals and all of our other reviewers as well.
