Podcasts Get New Editor and Continue to Expand Offerings

Since their introduction 3 years ago, Dr. Doug Phillips from Weill-Cornell Medical College in New York City has served as our Podcast Editor. Beginning this month, Dr. Yvonne Lui, Chief of Neuroradiology at New York University will take over this popular feature. She will continue to record our monthly podcast as well as those that accompany our Special Collections. In keeping with her goals, we redesigned the Web page where these are kept.

One of our most popular podcast series is the travelling fellows’ journal club. Institutions that have participated include the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, Weill-Cornell Medical College, Massachusetts General Hospital, University of Toronto, and University of Virginia. Our podcasts were downloaded more than 25,000 times the week the first of these fellows’ podcasts was posted.
